MONO is looking for an ambitious mid-level Art Director to join the team. You're right for the job if you're a self-starter, problem-solver, conceptual thinker, and imaginative storyteller capable of creating and producing innovative, shareable, meaningful, and award-winning work.
You’re not just a Creative, you’re an Art Director, responsible for creating and executing effective, innovative ideas for our clients, across all mediums. This includes ideation, concepts and layout design for fully integrated campaigns. Finally, you have some experience selling ideas through a confident, engaging, carefully considered presentation.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of agency experience in brand advertising and compelling examples of produced work (presented in a portfolio). You must also have a proven track record of championing ideas across various media channels as well as bringing energy and passion to your teams and projects. You are accustomed to working collaboratively with Account, Strategy, Media, Ops, and Production to successfully bring creative campaigns to life.
This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Some travel may be required.
