MONO is looking for an Executive Producer to join our best-in-class integrated production capability and lead an ambitious team to inspire, solve and maximize MONO’s opportunity to create legendary work. The Executive Producer will lead film/video, emerging tech, content, digital, art, print and integrated productions. The Executive Producer is an empowered and engaged agency discipline leader who partners closely with Creative, Account and Operations Leads. This role will report to the Chief Creative Officer.

You are an optimistic, assertive, creatively-minded EP with a strong reputation of “finding a way” in guiding and inspiring teams/clients on inventive, smart solutions - especially with complex brands/assignments or challenging production parameters. Key requirements for the role include: a minimum of 10 years of agency production experience, significant exposure to modern content productions, are comfortable with small and large production budgets, have proven success in developing, coaching and managing day-to-day people dynamics, and rallying them around a central vision. Experience with fast-moving retail brands is preferred.

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday and Wednesday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Travel is required.
