MONO is looking for an Account Supervisor who will help manage the development and execution of campaigns, ensuring that we are delivering best-in-class work at every point. The Account Supervisor has a clear understanding of our client’s needs and priorities, and works with the team to make sure we are building a collaborative and thoughtful partnership.

In pursuit of great work, Account Supervisors at MONO lead the projects from start to finish, selling the work throughout the process. In pursuit of strong client relationships, they own and navigate the day to day, project-specific client relationship; finding and successfully negotiating solutions during challenging times. Importantly, Account Supervisors bring leadership and direction to the agency team, motivating them to perform at their very best.

The perfect candidate will be a collaborative leader with a do-whatever-it-takes attitude and a passion for the client/agency to succeed that is so strong it becomes infectious throughout the team. A minimum of 5 years of account management experience in a creative agency is required. Experience working on a national retail brand is preferred. Travel is required.

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. However, due to the fast-paced nature of the account and consistently busy production schedule, this role would require up to 5 days of working onsite with the team.
