Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and innovation-driven Integrated Media Supervisor (IMS) to join our team and help drive our mission of making legendary work that works. This is an awesome opportunity to join a boutique creative agency and support a growing bespoke media offering, focusing on overseeing full funnel, cross-channel media strategies.

Responsibilities

The Integrated Media Supervisor will play an important and strategic role as a liaison between MONO, media partners, and clients. With the goal of integrating media and creative from the start, the focus is to develop modern brand-building strategies for our clients. Brand assignments for this role will come solely from MONO and our client roster, but the IMS will serve as a strategic lead for a team of buyers, planners and analysts within Assembly to help deliver on big, breakthrough ideas and the day-to-day work. 

 

The right candidate has a track record of identifying and developing media insights that drive breakthrough creative and support a “build don’t buy” mentality, and selling them to clients. They are comfortable working with creative teams and can bring a curiosity-driven approach to collaborating. They can also lean into project and account management skillsets to help interagency teams come together towards a common goal.

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have a minimum of 8 years of cross-channel media planning experience, with some of that being in an agency setting; Digital and Traditional, TV, Cable, Radio, and in-platform activation experience is preferred. Unique to this role, experience in the spirits brand category is highly desirable.

 

This is a locally-based role, where relocation will be required for candidates living outside of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. Some travel may be required.
