Overview

MONO is hunting for a hunter, an ambitious Head of Growth to be a catalyst for uncovering and connecting innovative brands and work for our agency. We are an agency with momentum looking for a tenacious, results-driven individual to lead MONO’s growth strategy, plan, and efforts. The ideal candidate will be optimistic and charismatic to the core; a strategic connector of people and opportunities; and a persuasive and disciplined relationship builder.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Growth at MONO, you will be tasked with generating quality, net-new business leads, ideally at the SVP/Marketing or CMO level. In partnership with the Founder & Chief Executive Officer, you will architect MONO’s new business plan, keeping us focused and actively working towards measurable short-term and long-term goals. We’ll ask you to be relentless, always digging to find ways that give us an advantage and increase our odds of winning. This role will partner with and report to the Founder & Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications

We are looking for 8+ years of professional experience in brand building, modern marketing, or an advertising-adjacent services industry. A successful track record of uncovering opportunities, forging authentic and meaningful relationships, and converting opportunities into realities is a must. Agency experience is preferred, in a business development role or other agency role with transferable skills.

 

We are open to remote work at the onset, but long-term, the willingness to relocate to Minneapolis/St. Paul within 12-18 months of employment is required. We currently observe a hybrid work model. We work onsite every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for Work From MONO (WFM) days, in addition to moments that matter outside of those designated days, with the purpose of fostering agency connection and aiding collaboration. 25%+ travel is required in this role.
